1. If I register as a supplier, do I need to create a separate account as a buyer to access buyer features?
No. By registering as a supplier, you can access buyer-specific features, such as launching tenders or creating vendor lists, without needing a separate buyer account. You can switch roles using the switcher at the top of your dashboard.
2. If I register as a buyer, do I need a separate supplier account to participate in tenders?
3. How will costs be calculated if suppliers can use buyer features and vice versa?
4. Why is it necessary to specify my primary business role (buyer or supplier) during registration if I can access both roles' features?
5. What does the pay-as-you-earn pricing model mean for suppliers?
6. Is using all platform services free for both buyers and suppliers?
7. Will buyers who register before the end of 2024 get only one year of free access?
